Watersedge Halloween Community Fun Day

Rosebery worked in partnership with Communities First who are a registered charity which undertakes a range of community involvement and training activities to support local engagement within housing estates and neighbourhoods.

During the October half term both organisations teamed up to host a Halloween Fun Day for children in Watersedge. The event featured face painting, football coaching activities, and a chance for residents to meet and socialise.

Children were delighted to have their faces painted into spooky creatures like cats, bats, and witches. The football coaching activities were a hit too, with kids of all ages practicing their dribbling, passing, and shooting skills.

In addition to the fun activities, the event also provided an opportunity for residents to get to know each other and learn more about Rosebery and Communities First. Rosebery staff were on hand to answer questions and provide information about our services.

The Halloween Fun Day was a success, with many children and residents attending. The event helped to build community spirit and provide a safe and fun place for families to celebrate Halloween.
