  • Customer Services Officer, Repairs

    We are currently seeking an experienced full time Customer Services Officer, on a permanent basis, 40 hours per week.

    We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed professional with excellent organisational and communication skills and the ability to work to targets and meet deadlines. With a focus on meeting the needs of our customers, you’ll be self-motivated and possess an aptitude to meet challenges and adapt to change.

    Experience of working in a similar environment is essential. Practical knowledge of MS Word and Excel and office administration is important.

  • Project Surveyor

    We are currently seeking a Project Surveyor on a permanent basis (35 hours per week). The salary is up to £49,800 plus £1,200 car allowance per annum.

    You will need a “can do” attitude and will take responsibility for delivering a range of planned maintenance programmes. You will be passionate about your service and committed to making a positive difference to our customers. You will have experience of managing cost control and delivering quality through projects and will have been involved in managing contractor delivery. An awareness of relevant health and safety legislation would be desirable.

    You will be responsible for delivering an excellent quality planned and cyclical maintenance programme in line with our Business Plan. You will ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through the delivery of quality services which ensure residents and partners are provided with opportunities to influence and shape the services that they receive. You will also monitor the quality of void works to ensure high resident satisfaction with their new home and that targets on void performance are met. The role will be managing multiple contractors to deliver Rosebery’s planned maintenance.

    Frequent travel is a requirement of this role and therefore a full, current driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential.

  • Income Officer

    We are currently seeking an Income Officer on a permanent basis (35 hours per week). The salary is up to £33,157 plus £1,200 car allowance per annum.

    You will need outstanding customer service skills, along with excellent IT capabilities. You must also have a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be focused on supporting the needs of our residents, ensuring that services are delivered on time and in accordance with agreed standards.

  • Building Surveyor

    We are currently seeking a Building Surveyor on a permanent basis (40 hours per week). The salary is up to £36,800 plus £1,200 car allowance per annum.

    We are looking for a qualified and experienced Building Surveyor to join our Asset Management team working from our Epsom office. Your key role will be to deliver technical advice, reports and surveying solutions for a variety of situations.

    You will undertake stock condition surveys, manage disrepair claims and carry out other property inspections, including fire risk and health and safety assessments in line with organisational policies and procedures, to ensure regulatory compliance and contract performance. You will produce reports and documentation for work specifications and tenders to assist in addressing and resolving issues to ensure the company is compliant with all relevant legislation.

    As a proactive, well organised and innovative problem solver, you will consistently demonstrate a customer first approach in your activities and will thrive on the challenge and opportunity this role will bring. This will allow you to develop and maintain information and databases relating to the condition of assets, and will give you the ability to suggest appropriate remedies and strategies to address any building related issues.

    Holding a HNC in Building, Surveying or equivalent disciplines, you will have proven experience in a building and surveying environment, preferably with HHSRS experience.
