We are looking to appoint an individual with experience of customer service delivery and engagement, including digital, to become a Rosebery Board Member. Rosebery actively encourages applicants from all backgrounds, and you will not need Board experience as we can provide in house support to develop your skills. However, you must be passionate about housing and share our values.
As one of our Board Members, you can invest your skills and experience in shaping the strategic direction of our organisation. We operate in a complex and fast-changing economic, social and regulatory environment, and the public health crisis of recent times has increased the need for what we do.

We are currently seeking an Income Officer for a period of approximately nine months, 35 hours per week. The salary is up to £31,816 plus £1,200 car allowance per annum.
You will need outstanding customer service skills, along with excellent IT capabilities. You must also have a strong commitment to customer service, as you will be focused on supporting the needs of our residents, ensuring that services are delivered on time and in accordance with agreed standards.
