  • Business Analyst

    35 hours per week

    Up to £48,898 per annum

    As Business Analyst you will work as part of a team to identify areas of potential improvement, finding solutions to business problems using research and analysis techniques. You will analyse trends and behaviours and be a lateral thinker. One who is willing to put forward thought provoking ideas to challenge our leadership team to improve services. You will document any identified changes and act as a contact between IT and specific business areas. We are on an exciting journey to deliver transformational change in the way we do things. The role of Business Analyst will play a fundamental part in making this happen by having a disruptive influence to challenge what we do and utilise our customer segmentation programme to identify opportunities and improve our performance.

    We are looking for a great communicator (both verbal and written communication) with an ability to drive through change with assertiveness, to move the business forward. You will have previous experience of working as a Business Analyst using methodologies including process mapping, data flows and re-engineering. You must have a strong understanding of a project’s lifecycle and be able to analyse and translate user requirements into detailed technical documentation. As the Business Analyst, you will have an eye for detail to assist in diagnosing and resolving technical issues and formulate innovative solutions.
