Neighbourhood Team Leader
Neighbourhood Team Leader
(Up to £37,230 plus £1,200 car allowance)
Maternity cover – 12 month fixed term contract
As Neighbourhood Team Leader you will lead a small team of Neighbourhood Officers and an Estate Services Officer, ensuring all residents receive excellent customer service in all aspects of housing, including tenancy and neighbourhood management.
You will be responsible for motivating, supporting and managing the team, applying Rosebery’s policies and procedures regarding tenancy and neighbourhood management, being an active member of the Housing Leadership Team and ensuring that the Team meet monthly Key Performance Indicator targets.
We are looking for a strong leader and motivator of people who has operational experience within the housing sector, who possesses excellent communication skills, is an effective negotiator and persuader and is able to work innovatively and inspire others to do so.
We require someone who is highly motivated, well organised, confident and an exceptional team player.
