  • Income Team Leader - Maternity Cover

    (Up to £ £38,033 plus £1,200 car allowance)

    Maternity cover – 12 month fixed term contract

    As Income Team Leader you will lead a small team of Income Officers and Tenancy Sustainment Officers, ensuring all residents accounts are managed efficiently, income is maximised and Rosebery’s residents are able to successfully sustain their tenancies. You will be responsible for motivating, supporting and managing the team, applying Rosebery’s policies and procedures regarding income management, being an active member of the Housing Leadership Team and leading on digital transformation of the income and sustainment services.

    We are looking for a highly skilled team leader who has experience in income and tenancy sustainment, who possesses excellent communication skills, is an effective negotiator and persuader and is able to work innovatively and inspire others to do so. We are also keen to hear from you if you have instigated, managed and successfully implemented change, both in service provision, digital transformation and staff attitudes and behaviours.

    We require someone who is highly motivated, well organised, confident and an exceptional team player.

  • Board Member Vacancy - Treasury Experience

    We are seeking a Board Member to join Rosebery in a non-executive director role for which you’d get paid £3,450 per year.

    Taking a strategic overview, you will be involved in setting the direction of the Association in what is a changing, challenging economic, social and regulatory environment. We’d welcome interest from candidates who have prior knowledge of the housing sector, and we’re particularly seeking someone who is a qualified accountant with treasury experience as there will be a focus on treasury matters and raising future finance in 2019/20 for our enhanced development programme.

    Subject to candidacy and discussion the appointee may become Chair of Investment Committee. Through your work, you will help to ensure that the Board’s actions and decisions comply with the current statutory and regulatory obligations, actively participating in the future of Rosebery.
