Our Rosebery Repairs service is responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs in your home.
You can report your repair through the following ways:
You can report your repair online using our Repairs Diagnostics Tool below. This is where you can locate a problem in your home using pictures which will send a report to the Repairs Team. You can also request an appointment time that is best for you and your schedule.
You can email your repair problem to our Repairs team. However, if you have a repair emergency, please contact us by phone via a normal route.
You can talk to us on live chat on Mondays to Fridays, 10am-4pm. Use the pink live chat button to start a live chat session.

When you tell us about a repair, we’ll decide how soon we’ll get it done. This is from the time you report the problem to us. We have two time scale levels listed below:
Priority 1 – This includes things that put you and your family in danger and or cause serious damage to your home. We aim to get to you as soon as possible, make the repair safe within 2 hours and rectified within 24 hours.
Priority 2 – This includes repairs that need to be done quite soon but aren’t dangerous. With our new Rosebery Repairs service, you can pick an available appointment time that is convenient for you. All repairs will be completed within 28 calendar days.
