Report a Repair

Our Rosebery Repairs service is responsible for carrying out day-to-day repairs in your home.

You can report your repair online using your My Rosebery account. It only takes a couple of minutes and you can book your appointment immediately.


If our office is closed, you can report an emergency repair by calling 0800 096 0395 (landline) or 0333 700 1025 (mobile). For emergency gas repairs, contact TBrown on 0800 093 9447.

If you require a gas, heating or hot water repair, this is carried out by the T Brown Group. Find out more information about Gas Servicing and Repairs.


When you tell us about a repair, we’ll decide how soon we’ll get it done. This is from the time you report the problem to us. We have two time scale levels listed below:

Priority 1

This includes things that put you and your family in danger and or cause serious damage to your home. We aim to get to you as soon as possible, make the repair safe within four hours and rectified within 24 hours.

Priority 2

This includes repairs that need to be done quite soon but aren’t dangerous. With our new Rosebery Repairs service, you can pick an available appointment time that is convenient for you. All repairs will be completed within 28 calendar days.
