Have your say on our Asset Management Strategy

Please help us to develop our new Asset Management Strategy by completing a short online survey. All participants will be entered into a draw for the chance to win a £100 shopping voucher!

What is Asset Management?

Our Asset Management Team provides long-term maintenance to our homes. They do this through a programme of planned repairs and improvements, covering items including the replacement of kitchens, bathrooms and windows when they reach a certain age, as well as decorating to communal areas.

This is separate but linked to our service which looks after day-to-day repairs issues that you may have, for example a faulty door lock or a leaking sink.

What is the Asset Management Strategy?

Our Asset Management Strategy is a document that sets out how we manage the long-term maintenance of our properties, including how the service is delivered to our residents.

How can you influence the service?

We really want to hear your views about how we could improve our approach to Asset Management. You can help us by completing this short surveyThe survey will close on 20 October 2023.

We’ll use what you tell us when creating our new Asset Management Strategy. We update the strategy every four years so that it continues to meet residents’ needs and changes in regulation. The new version will come into effect in April 2024.

To thank you for your time, all completed surveys will automatically be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a £100 shopping voucher. The winner will be contacted in November.
