Please get involved in our Resident Engagement Survey

Following our recent merge with Town & Country Housing, we are excited to shape an updated Resident Engagement Strategy. From 4th to 14th September 2023, we will be reaching out to all residents via SMS/Text, to gather your valuable input on how we deliver resident engagement.

Resident engagement explained:
Resident engagement is about listening to your views and collaborating with our residents to consistently enhance the services we provide. Our aim is to create diverse and rewarding opportunities for your active participation. This will enable you to influence decisions made about the delivery and design of our services, so they priorities your concerns, and maintain our accountability.

What will the survey ask?
At this stage, we’ll be asking you to tell us if and how you’d like to get involved with designing and improving our services. We will use what you tell us to create an updated Resident Engagement Strategy.

Don’t miss out!
Please look out for your SMS/Text and take this opportunity to voice your thoughts on resident engagement through the survey. It only takes around five minutes to complete.
To say thank you for your time, all completed surveys will automatically be entered into a prize draw for the chance to win a £100, £50, or £25 shopping gift voucher. The three winners will be contacted in September 2023.
