Service Innovation Group

We have formed several Service Innovation Groups to improve the delivery of our customer services.

These groups help us to understand our residents’ needs, their views and perceptions of our services. Your feedback will help us improve our services, generate new ideas and boost customer satisfaction levels.

Participants will receive Service Innovation Group training and a £20 gift voucher as a thank you for taking part.
