| We have appointed a dedicated ASB Enforcement Officer and we have updated our IT systems to improve our recording and monitoring of reports. We are reviewing our ASB policy and process, to provide clarity on our service and to improve responses. We have also developed a comprehensive staff training programme and, as a result, we have seen significant improvements in the service. |  |
