Rosebery are pleased to have been a contributor to a report commissioned by PlaceShapers, whg and the National Housing Federation (NHF), showing how social landlords responded to the effects of the pandemic.
With more residents being forced into financial hardship, social landlords facing the prospect of rising arrears and legal changes shifting landlords’ systems and processes overnight, the report shows how new ways of working gave way for the opportunity of greater insight and empathy into resident’s lives. From this shift of working, two-thirds of landlords reported that arrears had fallen by the end of the pandemic.
