Our Virtual Scrutiny Panel (VSP) aims to scrutinise our frontline services and offer recommendations for how we can make improvements. The three guiding principles include:
- Being resident-led.
- Reaching evidence-based decisions.
- Ensuring all recommendations are acted on and they achieved the desired outcome to improve services.
The VSP have recently worked with our Board to improve our Anti-Social Behaviour process. They reported their findings and recommendations to and released a summary of their report, which was approved by the Board.
For our work with Mystery Shoppers and the VSP, we were nominated for a category within the TPAS Awards 2020 – ‘Outstanding Tenant Engagement, under 10,000 homes’.
