Every year we collect and remove tons of items left in communal areas and hallways. These are a potential fire risk and we must ensure clear access at all times.
Please play your part by helping us to maintain a clean, safe living environment. Residents who leave their belongings in communal areas will be charged for the cost of removing them and in the case of repeat offenders we may take further action.
