Tutors United and Rosebery Partnership

Building on Success:

After a promising pilot in 2023, our free online English and maths tuition programme is thriving! We’ve extended it to a full 30-week run in the 2023-24 academic year, serving 12 Rosebery residents with children in Years 4-6.

Impressive Results:

Here’s a snapshot of our achievements so far:

  • 16 hours of tutoring delivered
  • 12 engaged pupils
  • 33% returning pupils (showing commitment!)
  • 89% attendance (demonstrating strong engagement)
  • 1 tutor hired, trained, and paid (ensuring quality instruction)
  • 2 parent support sessions held (fostering communication and engagement)
  • 100% assessment return rate (providing valuable data)
  • 100% participation by Rosebery residents’ children (reaching our target)

Happy Parents, Engaged Pupils:

Parents report they are finding the programme valuable in understanding their child’s progress, witnessing positive impacts, and being highly satisfied with Tutors United. One parent said:  “My child struggled with grasping English and Math concepts. Thanks to the program, she’s shown remarkable improvements! The children truly enjoy and engage in the sessions. Thank you, Tutors United, for your dedication!”

Looking Ahead:

We’re excited for End of Programme Graduation in July!
