These groups enable residents to have a greater
say and influence on decisions in relation to key
areas of our services.
We like to receive positive comments but we also
welcome complaints – they enable us to learn
lessons if things go wrong.
Resident feedback allows us to focus on areas
where we could do better and we like to show
what we are doing to make these improvements.
There are so many ways for residents to get in
touch, engage with us and make their voices
heard about the things that matter to them.
