Resident Scrutiny Panel

Resident Scrutiny Panel

Our purpose
We established our Panel with the aim of scrutinising our frontline
services and offering recommendations for ways in which we could
make improvements. The panel now number ten members drawn from
the local resident community who meet on a regular basis to review
important areas of the business and to provide their independent
recommendations.

The panel reviews key areas that impact on the resident community,
such as Anti-Social Behaviour (ASB) and our Estate Services, the latter
primarily focusing on our communal cleaning, grounds maintenance and
associated services. Recommendations are then fed back to the
business and to the customer facing teams responsible for delivering
these services and achieving Value for Money.
