Resident Engagement Strategy

This strategy provides the platform for all our interactions with our
residents and it enables us to drive forward this important work. In
developing our strategy, we have been reaching out to all our residents
to gather their thoughts about how we deliver resident engagement.

This is all about listening to our residents and working with them to
enhance the services we provide. Our aim is to create diverse and
rewarding opportunities for their active participation and to enable
them to influence decisions about the design and delivery of our
services. In our most recent survey, we’ve been asking them to tell us
if and how they’d like to get involved in designing and improving
our services.

Their feedback helped us to develop a meaningful strategy that will
guide the way we engage with our residents. The strategy is available to
