Accountability is a vitally important part of the way we work and the way we strive for positive change and improvements in our services. We welcome resident feedback and it allows us to focus on any areas where residents feel we could do better. By following a ‘You said, we’re doing’ approach, we are able to demonstrate that we are listening to what our residents have to say and that we are acting on their feedback. It’s important that we implement changes as a result of that involvement and that we communicated these improvements: You said, we’re doing.
