These are the tasks carried out in our Communal areas by our General Cleaning Teams, along with the frequency.

Clean all entrance areas including glass, fixtures & fittings external letter boxes & porch areasWeekly
Clean all communal Rooms including Lounges, Bathrooms, Toilets, Laundry Rooms & OfficeWeekly
Replenish Soap, Hand Towels & Toilet RollsWeekly
Dust or damp wipe handrails, balustrades, skirting’s’, window cills, appliances and other horizontal surfaces. Remove Cobwebs from all areasWeekly
Clean Guest rooms after useWeekly
Spot clean gloss paintwork, walls, switches & sockets to remove impact marksWeekly
Clean accessible intake cupboardsWeekly
Clean lift paying attention to Mirror, control panel & runners (where applicable)Weekly
Litterpick, sweep where required & empty Cigarette BinsWeekly
Check & replace spent lightbulbs and report any faultsWeekly
Vacuum where possible or sweep and then damp mop hard floorsWeekly

Steam Clean Carpets1x or 2 x per year
