Parkview Area

  • Communal grass areas overgrown

issues were reported to management agent and garden maintenance team have been fully briefed on grounds maintenance responsibilities. This will be monitored going forward.

  • Entrance doors not closing fully

Repairs request made and issue rectified.

Longmead area

  • Front gardens overgrown
  • Rear gardens overgrown visible from public areas

Residents contacted and reminded of garden maintenance responsibilities. Given time to address.

  • Items left in communal areas

Items such as buggies and bikes blocking walkways and stairs were issued TORT notices giving a warning and time to remove items. If items are not removed then Rosebery Housing will have to remove and disposed of items.

Communal areas MUST remain clear at all times for obvious health and safety reasons.
