Following our recent assessment, here is some feedback from Investors in People on our Gold accreditations in both of their categories: People and Well-being.
In our assessment, 100% of staff interviewed said that they would recommend Rosebery as a great place to come and work.
Reaching this Gold standard is a significant achievement for Rosebery and it defines us as a ‘high performing organisation’. It speaks volumes for who we are, how we work and how we manage and support our people.
