| If you live in a block with shared or communal areas, you must keep them clear of obstructions and personal possessions. These includes items such as pushchairs, children’s toys, play equipment, furniture, washing machines and any other unwanted goods awaiting disposal. We have an obligation to ensure these areas remain free of items that might cause a hazard or obstruct your means of escape in the event of a fire. Every year we collect and remove tons of items left in communal areas and hallways. These are a potential fire risk, so we must always ensure clear access. Please play your part by helping us maintain a clean, safe living environment. |  |
