This year’s anti-social behaviour (ASB) awareness campaign focused on the effects of ASB on young people. It also emphasised the importance of educating the public about their role in dealing with ASB in the local community.
Rosebery Housing Association has shared some useful information on the topic of ASB, with articles explaining how we improved our ASB response service via our You said… We did – ASB article and How to Report ASB. We also ran three local events during the week, to reach out to our residents, engage with them and listen to their ASB concerns.
We visited West Hill Court on Wednesday 20 July, engaging with residents and talking to them about the problems of ASB and acting on any issues they wished to raise. On the Thursday and Friday, we then held local joint events with Epsom & Ewell Borough Council and Surrey Police, where we engaged with our residents at Longmead Estate and Watersedge, listening to them and helping out wherever we could.
