Last Thursday morning, these four members of our Rosebery Housing Association team spent some time engaging with our residents at West Hill Court. Our Officers had sent an invitation to our residents, asking them to come and talk to them about their tenancy, their property and the block.
Several residents responded and turned up to speak to our officers and we will be following up these discussions and acting on what they told us.
We like to be out and about in the community and we are committed to making these visits on a regular basis, and at least every quarter. Look out for our team in September! And if you would like to speak with us sooner, then please of course get in touch.
