Over the month of October 2020, 65 Voluntas surveys into our gas services satisfaction were carried out. All 65 residents were happy and gave us 100%!
Thank you to our Gas Officer and our Gas Contractor, TBrown, for their fantastic efforts. TBrown also fixed 93% of boiler breakdowns first time, which is exceptional against a target of 85%.
