- Messaging your Neighbourhood and Income Officers.
It is a fantastic way to easily manage and view your information with us, without the hassle of emailing, writing a letter or calling! If you have access to the internet, we ask you to contact us over My Rosebery as your primary way of getting in touch.

To register, you will need your tenancy reference, your email address and a username and password to remember in the future. Once you have registered, all you will need to login with is your username and password.
