Our Virtual Scrutiny Panel (VSP) was set up to examined Rosebery’s frontline customer services and from the outset had three guiding principles:
- Being resident-led.
- Reaching evidence-based decisions.
- Ensuring all recommendations are acted and they achieved the desire outcomes to improve services.
The VSP has recently completed their investigation of anti-social behaviour (ASB). The key reason for choosing ASB was based on the feedback received that this service area was of most interest to many Rosebery’s residents.
Their investigations involved reviewing key documents about the existing ASB service. This included looking at service standards, performance data and customer feedback, from residents that have used the ASB service. They also interviewed Rosebery staff, to understand issues and challenges faced. The VSP will present their findings and recommendations to Rosebery’s Board in May. The final report will be available to view on our website, following the meeting.
