We are looking for residents to take part in mystery shopping activities to:
- Carry out ‘mystery shops’ on particular areas of our services via telephone, office visit or in writing.
- Help identify the areas that work well and where we need to improve.
- Offer constructive feedback on your experiences.
- Training is provided and, as a thank you for your time, we offer gift vouchers for every completed shop.
