Rosebery Repairs turns 3!

Our in house repairs service, Rosebery Repairs, turns three years old today! We launched Rosebery Repairs in May 2016, and since then we have always received over 95% of resident satisfaction.

Our Rosebery Repairs team consists of our Repairs Manager, Repairs Supervisor, Building Maintenance Surveyor, two Customer Experience Officers and five Repairs Operatives.

Here are a few compliments the team have received over the past few months:

  • “Your repairs department have finished renovating, refurbishing and redecorating my bathroom and toilet and it is brilliant! It all looks great and the new appliances work nicely. The workmen were all very nice people, hard working & always helpful – they did a very good job.”
