The new My Rosebery tenant portal has been over a year in the making, and is now live!
We conducted resident testing before launching the portal, here are a few comments from their feedback:
- “Logging in using email address instead of tenancy number is so much easier. I have no idea of my tenancy number but I do know my email address. Overall the improvements should cut down on the whole workload for the Customer Experience Team. It is user friendly and lots of information on there. Instead of phoning to see what is happening with a query/issue I will be able to log on and see.”
- “The Repairs tab is very much appreciated. View Repairs will be a great tool.”
- “All tabs on About Me would make a huge impact on residents, super idea.”
- “It is great to show weekly rent and service charge on the Tenancy Details pages, saves having to find my annual rent letter. Good to be able to see the information Rosebery hold on who lives with me. It’s great to have everything under one section, all clearly labelled. Having your Income Officer and Neighbourhood Officer information is also great, especially if there are staff changes.”
