At Rosebery we aim to deliver the highest standard of service possible to you. To ensure that this can be achieved we need to receive your views on how we are doing, to help us do this we work with an independent market research company call Voluntas. Voluntas may contact you to find out what you think of us. They will ask questions around how you think we are doing as a landlord and about the services we provide. If you get a telephone call, it will be from 0800 077 3572. We have asked Voluntas, to increase the number of telephone surveys, as we want more detailed information on the way you view our services, so it’s likely that you will be contacted.

Taking part in the survey is completely voluntary, but we do encourage you to give us your feedback so that we can use the results to improve the services we provide.

Who are Voluntas?

Voluntas are a professional company who follow the guidance of the Market Research Society. They will always explain who they are when they call and will ask if you are willing to complete the survey. They will not ask you any personal questions or questions relating to your finances.

The responses from the survey are not shared with any other organisation or used for marketing purposes. However, as part of our continuous service improvement aims a member of Rosebery’s Customer Experience Team may follow up calls to clarify any issues raised or invite you to a focus group, where we will offer you ‘Love2Shop’ shopping vouchers for your time.
