Changing the way you are involved – our new Virtual Scrutiny Panel
An exciting new opportunity is available for Rosebery Housing Association residents to be a part of our Virtual Scrutiny Panel. The role within the panel will be to ensure we are meeting local needs and priorities for service delivery across our business. It will also give you the chance to effectively challenge our performance and hold us accountable for what we do.
We are looking for residents who:
- Are interested in helping Rosebery deliver a great service,
- Can work in a team,
- Are able to analyse detailed information,
- Are able to influence and challenge,
- Can put across a persuasive argument,
- Understand what represents value for money,
- Would like training that can lead to a professional qualification,
- Would like a new laptop or iPad.
What is a Virtual Scrutiny Panel?
We are currently recruiting interested residents to become members of a residents-led online panel, whose main role will be to carryout in-depth examination of our services. The panel will be responsible for checking the quality and performance of all services provided by Rosebery, and to highlight issues that matter most to our residents. The role within the panel will also require discussions as well as making suggestions on how we can improve our services to deliver them in the most efficient and effective way.
What will it aim to achieve?
The panel will help us to give residents an even greater say in delivering service improvements. This will ensure that residents’ views, expectations and priorities are listened to and services are tailored to local needs.
