To help those in need, the Epsom & Ewell Foodbank offer 3 day emergency food parcels to people in the local area. Donations are the lifeblood of their organisation and without them, they would not be able to operate.
The Epsom & Ewell Foodbank have launched their annual Christmas Foodbank appeal which highlights food donations in need.Foodbank Christmas Appeal Poster 2017
If you would like to help contribute to the foodbank, they are in need of the following food items:
- Tinned potatoes
- Chocolate advent calendars
- Sponge puddings
- Mashed potato packets
- Nutella or chocolate spread
- Alcohol-free Christmas pudding
- Tinned rice pudding
- Peanut butter
- Washing up liquid
If you are donating advent calendars, please donate them to the Ruxley Lane sorting office by the end of November at the latest. If you are donating Christmas puddings, they must be alcohol-free or the foodbank will be unable to give them to their clients and must be donated by the end of the first week in December.
