The way you currently pay for your water and sewerage services in the future is changing. At present, Sutton and East Surrey Water and/or Thames Water provide you with your water and sewerage charges, which is then recharged to you via your Rosebery rent account. From 1st April 2018, we will no longer include water and sewerage services as part of your rent account. Instead, Sutton and East Surrey Water and/or Thames Water will send you a separate bill, and you will pay them directly for this service. Please note this is only for your water and sewerage charges service.
