Customer Experience Team Leader
Rosebery is seeking a Customer Experience Team Leader on a one year fixed term contract, 35 hours per week. The salary is up to £32,900 per annum, plus £1,200 car allowance.
This is an important role and one that calls for a highly motivated individual to lead the Customer Experience team, to deliver high quality customer service and provide support to our residents; an inspirational leader with outstanding people management skills and the ability to manage and motivate our busy front line team; a customer-focused individual who truly grasps the importance of delivering excellent customer service, ensuring that our services are consistently delivered on time and that they meet agreed standards; a skilled and resourceful operator who embraces digital and recognises the benefits that technology brings in a customer facing environment, a good understanding of how the customer service department ‘touches’ other parts of the business, constantly striving to improve the service and recognise areas for increased customer satisfaction.
A key element of this role is developing a dynamic approach to customer engagement, so experience in this area is essential.
