Rosebery is the main provider of Temporary Accommodation services in Epsom & Ewell, Crawley and Guildford. Each Borough Councils nominate homeless households and then Rosebery manages the home.
At the moment, Rosebery has 158 temporary accommodation homes. These include bed-sits with shared facilities and three bedroom homes. Most of these homes are in the Epsom & Ewell area and are used to help homeless families and individuals. Rosebery also manages Temporary Accommodation in the boroughs of Crawley, Guildford and Ash Vale.
Our Temporary Accommodation Co-ordinator works closely with other agencies such as Surrey and Sussex Police, Citizens Advice Bureau, Connexxions, Department of Work & Pensions, Community Mental Health Team, HomeSTEP, Oakleaf, In Touch, Workers Education Association, and Surrey Care Trust, to make sure all of our homeless tenants have the support that they need.
Tenants living in Temporary Accommodation will have to bid for a permanent property through their local Council’s Choice Based Letting Scheme (Homechoice). Click here for more information.
