Rosebery Housing Association Limited employs people who work together to manage Rosebery’s properties for its tenants and leaseholders.

Training and development is a priority at Rosebery, not only to ensure that we are delivering an excellent service to our customers, but to encourage all employees to reach their full potential.
Having joined the association initially to fill a gap in the housing department I have received encouragement, training and support to progress to a housing officer, looking after our leaseholders and more recently our shared owners.
Our number of shared owners has increased as the Association has developed more properties for this market and I have been able to identify and receive training to provide a good customer service to these residents.
