What is the Opportunity Store?

The Opportunity Store provides a menu of choices which allows you to select the method of involvement that best suits your needs. You can take part in as much or as little as you like. Events range from joining us on a ‘Walk About Talk About’ in your area, filling in a questionnaire or survey to taking part in the Editoral Panel. Different points are allocated to events depending on the type of involvement and the level of commitment required.

The Opportunity Store is a fantastic chance to have a genuine say about how your homes are managed.  You will always be valued, heard, considered and be an important part of everything we do.

How do I get involved?

Every Rosebery resident is automatically a member of the Opportunity Store. You will have received a membership card which has all the details you need to log on to www.opportunitystore.org.uk. The first time you log into the website your username and password will both be your tenancy reference number (found on your rent statement and allpay card). 

We hold training sessions on how to use the Opportunity Store on a regular basis.  To find out when the next one will be held contact the Customer Services Team on 01372 814000.

On the website you can see what events are coming up, see how many points you have and request to redeem your points for a reward. If you see an event you would like to come to, you can add the event to your online basket or just turn up! Make sure you sign the attendance sheet at the event to receive your points.  To make sure that everyone can get involved we will also reimburse you for any reasonable expenses such as travel costs.

What if I don’t have internet access?

Don’t worry if you don’t have access to a computer, or the Internet, you can call the Customer Services Team and they can register you for an Opportunity Store event. You can also use the computer in our customer reception.

Keep an eye out for ‘Bonus Points’ - this is when you can claim additional points and even sometimes double or triple points for certain events! Remember: rewards and their points can change at any time so keep checking the website.  Did you know that you can keep track of your points online? Remember if you do not have access to the internet you can contact the Customer Services Team who will be happy to help.
