We run Mystery Shopping exercises to check that we're giving you the best service we can every time.
As a mystery shopper, you'll be able to mystery shop us from the comfort of your own home. You'll be able to test our services by calling us, writing to us, sending us an email and using our website services. We'll design a Mystery shopping exercise that suits you and the time you have available. You'll be given a a monitoring sheet to fill in and send back to us which we'll use to make improvements to our services.
Its a great way for you to really test our services and have your say about the things we could improve. We'll even reward you with Opportunity Store points when you sent us back your feedback.
