Rosebery Housing Association is searching for a team of residents to join our new Customer Panel. The Panel will work with us to improve our services which will affect all Rosebery residents. With 2,500 properties in our care, we want to work alongside residents to make sure they are getting the best service possible.
Candidates must be willing to work as a team, attend meetings up to six times a year (possibly more in the first year while you are in training and learning) and show an interest in issues that affect all residents.
In return you will have the opportunity to help us deliver a better service, learn new skills, meet new people and make a positive difference in your community. You will also be able to hold us to account on the promises we make.
