This is your opportunity to give us your views and comments on the draft Income Management Policy. The policy sets out Rosebery's overall approach to the collection of income through rent, service charges and other sources.
The policy applies to all tenants of the Association across all tenures and sets out the approach to the prevention of arrears in the first place, early intervention when arrears do occur and when legal proceedings will be pursued.
Once the policy has been finalised and approved by our Board of Management, further work will be carried out to review our procedures. We want to involve tenants in this review; there is an opportunity at the start of the survey to register your details if you would be interested in working with us on this review.
