This month Rosebery's 'Residents survey' has been sent to all residents.  It is your chance to tell us what you think Rosebery does well, where we are not doing so well and where you think we need to improve our service to you. 

This is YOUR big opportunity to have your say and make a difference.  Rosebery want to make sure that we give everyone value for money, choice and a quality of service that you deserve and need.  The results of this survey will help Rosebery to set our priorities for the future. 

The research is being carried out on our behalf by BMG an independent research company.  Anything you say is completely confidential and will be used for statistical purposes only. The survey should be completed by the tenant or homeowner.

You can return the questionnaire to BMG, at no cost to yourself, by using the pre-paid envelope that was enclosed with your survey. All residents who complete and return the survey by 6 October will be entered into a prize draw with two lucky winners selecting a prize worth £300.  Please read the terms and conditions of the competition. 

Why not complete the survey online at https://surveys.bmgresearch.co.uk/surveys/081301, just type in the reference number found in the top right-hand corner of the letter that was sent with your survey.  BMG Research will make sure the information you provide is treated in the strictest of confidence. Individual responses will always remain confidential to BMG Research, will not be passed to anyone else and will only be used for statistical and research purposes. It will not be possible for any individuals or households to be identified in the findings.
