Getting in touch

We are always here to support and help residents with any questions or issues you may have, so please don’t hesitate to get it touch with us.

If you would like a face-to-face appointment, please contact our Customer Experience team and one of our staff will be happy to arrange this for you. We like to make sure these visits are properly scheduled and that we have someone ready to meet you, so please make sure you have arranged and booked an appointment before you visit us. Once we have your booking arranged in advance, we can make sure we are available to meet and can focus on providing the best possible service to you.

But face-to-face visits are not always necessary and there are lots of other ways that you can get in touch with us and find the information you need, without having to visit our offices in person. Sometimes the answer to a question is no more than a couple of clicks away on the Rosebery website – it’s as easy as that – so please take a look at all the information that’s available online. It’s really easy to find your way around the website and there’s also a ‘search’ function that will help you find the answers you are looking for.  Alternatively, drop us an email if you have any questions, contact us via our ‘live chat’ service on the website, or fill in a webform to request any other advice, support or information.
