We are committed to training and developing staff and in recognition of this we were awarded the Bronze standard by “Investors in People” in 2009. A number of employees are currently undertaking professional qualifications supported by Rosebery.
We employ people from a wide range of backgrounds and skills sets. We have housing professionals, surveyors, customer service staff as well as support teams such as finance, IT and human resources.

Rosebery has provided me with continuous training and support, this has helped me in developing my own skills and has also provided me the confidence to progress in my role.

"Having joined the association initially to fill a gap in the housing department I have received encouragement, training and support to progress to a Neighbourhood Officer, looking after our leaseholders and more recently our shared owners.
Our number of shared owners has increased as the Association has developed more properties for this market and I have been able to identify and receive training to provide a good customer service to these residents.
I feel that the association continually encourages me to develop my role and to take advantage of any available training to assist me in delivering an excellent customer service."

I started as Communications Officer for Rosebery in 2010. Since I have been here, I have been provided with excellent opportunities to develop new skills. I have undertaken valuable training to enable me to manage the content of Rosebery’s website and design posters and flyers. Rosebery is a fantastic place to work and I am looking forward to working on new challenges.

I have worked at Rosebery since 2003 and have progressed through the ranks to a Senior Management position. Throughout my time at Rosebery I have benefited from many training opportunities, including attending external training events, conferences and seminars and internal training through monthly staff briefings.
