Sally is responsible for ensuring that the services residents receive are the best they can possibly be. She heads up the Housing Team, Community Involvement and Customer Services at Rosebery.

Deborah leads and manages the Neighbourhood Team to deliver a responsive service to customers and residents. She is responsible for managing tenancies and estates, anti-social behaviour, allocations, lettings and empty properties. Deborah works in partnership with local communities, key stakeholders and partners to deliver and develop services in the local area.

Michael is the Neighbourhood Officer for residents who live outside of Watersedge and Longmead. Your Neighbourhood Officer deals with all rent and tenancy issues, such as nuisance.

Thomas is the Neighbourhood Officer for Longmead Residents. Your Neighbourhood Officer deals with all rent and tenancy issues; such as nuisance.

Ben is the Neighbourhood Officer for Watersedge Residents. Your Neighbourhood Officer deals with all rent and tenancy issues, such as nuisance.

Rossi is responsible for the needs of all residents in Temporary Accommodation. He provides both the support and the tenancy management of these properties in Epsom and Ewell and Crawley.

Samuel is the Estate Services Officer he is responsible for the daily monitoring of the cleaning contractor and grounds maintenance contract. Your Estate Services Officer inspects estates and communal areas to create safer, cleaner and greener environments.

Sue is responsible for the needs of all leaseholders and shared owners. She provides a comprehensive service which includes advice to her clients and the management of their accounts.

Wendy assists the Neighbourhood Officers in meeting the needs of our leasehold and temporary accommodation residents.

Sian carries out HR administration, facilities management, and provides general administration to the business.
