Green Issues
Working together to reduce environmental impact
Rosebery recognises that it needs to work together with its residents and contractors in order to reduce carbon emissions and use energy efficiently. We have formed a ‘Green Team’ with staff and residents so that we can discuss and plan how this can be addressed. With the help of the Green Team we have put together a list of some of the things that Rosebery and its residents already do to for the environment, some examples are below:
Energy saving light bulbs are provided for new tenants!

Paper and cartridges in the office are recycled
Text and email is used to cut down on paper
Water butts have been installed in sheltered schemes
Recycling areas are provided on estates
