Frequently Asked Questions



 

If you have an ‘allpay’ card you will be able to pay using the following methods:

  • Online  - visit www.allpay.net
  • Telephone – you can pay by credit or debit card over the phone by calling our Customer Services Team on 01372 814000 or 0800 0687664.
  • In reception - you can pay by credit or debit card or cheque in our reception area. Just visit our reception at Rutland House, 57-59 South Street, Epsom KT18 7PR. Please note, we do not accept cash.
  • Post Office – use your allpay swipe card at most post offices or shops with ‘Paypoint’ outlets.
  • If you do not have an allpay card please contact Rosebery on 0800 0687664.
  • Text Pay - for more information on this and to register your mobile phone number, visit www.allpay.net/text_payments.

 

Other ways to pay:

  • Direct Debit - Download a form here or ask for one at our offices. Fill it in with your bank or building society details, quoting your rent account number (tenancy reference) as a payment reference.
  • Standing Order – Please download a standing order form here. We can provide you with details which you will need to pass to your bank when requesting to set up a standing order or you can find our bank details here. You will also need your rent account number (tenancy reference) as a payment reference.
  • Cheque - send us a cheque or postal order to Rutland House, 57-59 South Street, Epsom, Surrey KT18 7PR. You should make it payable to ‘Rosebery Housing Association Ltd’ and ensure that your name, address and rent account reference number is provided on the back. The payment will take approximately five working days from us receiving it, to reach your account.
  • Reception at Rutland House, 57-59 South St, Epsom KT18 7PR - we accept credit or debit card or cheque. We do not accept cash.
