Mary is a Customer Services Officer. The Customer Services Team are the first point of contact for residents. The team also manage reception, garages and deal with all of your queries.
Vicki is a Customer Services Officer. As well as reception enquiries and all call handling, her department are responsible for Complaints, Anti-social behavior, garages and rent enquiries. The team are the first point of contact for our residents.
