As technology continues to constantly evolve in society, the importance of being confident with digital skills is greater than ever. For work and home, digital can really help to enhance they way we live our lives.

We are pleased to announce that we have co-ordinated with Barclays to introduce the Barclays Digital Wings for both staff and residents to help better understand our own digital skills and learn more about how technology can help broaden our learning horizons.

Barclays Digital WIngs is optimised to be used for desktop and tablet/phone apps.

We have a special co-branded landing page for Residents to use with pre-populated company codes.

Once logged in, Barclays offer 27 learning modules in a dashboard for users to complete which present a variety of digital subjects for all skill levels including MS Office, Beginner’s Guide to the Internet, Getting Started with Social Media and Hardware and External Devices. There are also modules to help teach about coding, Skype usage, cyber security and e-Commerce sites.

Each module offer users to learn more about the subject and to take a quiz to challenge their knowledge.

Once you have completed a quiz, you are given a score and you can be entered into a Leaderboard to see how well you managed the module in comparison to others. You can re-take the quizzes as many times as you like.
