Lee is responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Asset Management Team.

Brian provides administrative support to the Asset Management Team. He is specifically responsible for maintaining our stock condition database and sending out the 5 year packs, plus processing invoices received from contractors.

Jacquie is responsible for all Health and Safety issues and for managing our service contracts.

Bob is responsible for planned works programmes, such as door replacement, roofing, external decoration and kitchen and bathroom replacement, by ensuring that works are carried out on time and to standard. He also deals with subsidence issues and other major works of a technical nature.

Andrew negotiates the acquisition of development land on which to build new homes and the purchase of new properties from developers. He then manages the construction phase of any new build homes.

Lisa manages grant applications and receipts for new build homes. She also handles the marketing and promotional activities for new developments, and manages the defects process after construction.
