Our Key Objectives
About Rosebery
Rosebery was formed in 1994 with the transfer of local authority housing stock from Epsom and Ewell Borough Council. We’re a registered provider with the Tenant Services Authority LH4026 and a registered charity 27671R.
We have approximately 2,500 properties in our care, predominantly in Epsom and Ewell, with some homes in Crawley, Guildford, Mole Valley, Reigate & Banstead, Tandridge and Runnymede. Our portfolio ranges from one bedroom flats to four bedroom family homes, including four sheltered housing schemes for the elderly. We also have leasehold properties, low cost home ownership and temporary housing.
The scope of our programme includes the delivery of neighbourhood services, shelter for the vulnerable, help for first time buyers, support for key workers, action on anti-social behaviour and providing training in the community.
