Rosebery is the primary provider of Temporary Accommodation services in Epsom & Ewell. The Borough Council nominate homeless households and then Rosebery manages the home.

Rosebery currently has 144 temporary accommodation homes; ranging from bed-sit to three bedroom properties. The majority of these homes are in the Epsom & Ewell area and are used to assist homeless households. Rosebery also manages Temporary Accommodation in the boroughs of Crawley, Guildford and Ash Vale.
