Rosebery Housing Association provide sheltered housing for older people who want to maintain their independence but desire the security of living in an environment where they receive the support of a Scheme Manager and the reassurance of a Community Alarm providing 24 hour cover. Residents also benefit from extra support provided by our team of Support Workers to help them maintain their independence.
Properties in our sheltered schemes are unfurnished, self contained apartments, although cookers refrigerators and carpets are provided. All schemes benefit from high quality communal facilities such as laundries, lounges and guest suites.
John Gale Court in Ewell, is an ‘Extra Care’ sheltered scheme. In addition to the support provided by Rosebery staff, domiciliary care Services are available for those residents who require personal and home care services.

We also have four schemes where the properties are designated for people of retirement age. Properties are either bungalows or one bedroom apartments and all have the reassurance of a Community Alarm.
